Having seen their ad in LRM yet again, i am tempted by their stats that I would get 10% better fuel consumption and a fan that only works when needed! Smile

Opinions please Very Happy

I have one and am very happy with it!

They do cost alot, but if ya get a service kit ya should never need an air filter again.

Had mine 4years odd, just take it out and clean it, good as new.

If you have a 300tdi like I have, don't bother just take the fan right off...

Had our disco for over a year now took the fan off straight away,
I've pulled trailers with Range Rovers on the back,
School runs etc etc no problems, temp gauge never moves off normal...

If you give it a go put the fan in the back if it does get a bit warm put it back on and get a Kenlow...

Should read more or get eyes tested Embarassed

Don't get one mark, no point, ya drivin a brick any drag from a fan would be small, plus just sumit more ta go boobs up if ya get it wet.

LOL
Mark I wouldn't consider one on a Tdi, myself. They tend to run supercool at the best of times.
In fact last Boxing Day down in Essex we stopped for a brew and once rolling again, as it was a bit cool i tuirned the heaters on, and because of the lack of work the engine was doing, I managed to run the heater cold and the temp guage off the bottom of the scale, which was really weird!
As Steve says, for winter you could take it off completely as i have also done in the past. The only reason i leave it on now is that with the town driving I do, the intercooler isn't very efficient at low road speeds due to no appreciable airflow over it.
